I can't log in

If you can’t sign in, the first thing to try is a password reset. On the login page, click Forgot password and enter the email you use for Workhive. You’ll get a reset link within a minute — check your spam folder if it doesn’t show up.

If the reset email never arrives, your account may be registered under a different address. Ask a teammate who’s already signed in to check Settings → Team for the email associated with your profile.

Still blocked? Two-factor authentication issues (lost phone, expired codes) need to be resolved by our support team for security reasons. We can verify your identity and help you regain access quickly.
