Setting up Workhive takes about 30 minutes. Start by completing your business profile: your name, service area, hours of operation, and the types of jobs you handle. The AI assistant uses this information to answer questions from callers accurately.
Next, connect your phone number. You can port an existing number or pick a new one in your area code. Porting usually takes 3–5 business days, but you can use a temporary Workhive number in the meantime so nothing slows down.
Finally, invite your team and connect your calendar. Workhive supports Google Calendar and Outlook out of the box. Once everyone is connected, test a few sample calls to make sure bookings flow into the right calendars.
