Update your payment method

You can update the card on file at any time from your account settings. Sign in to Workhive, open Settings → Billing, and click Update payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Changes take effect immediately. Your next invoice will be charged to the new card. If your previous card had a failed charge, updating it here will automatically retry the outstanding balance within a few minutes.

For businesses that pay by ACH or wire, contact our billing team directly — we’ll send you the details and adjust your account so future invoices are billed that way instead.
